Library Literature Search

Occasionally, there will be more results than you can process in one single session. It can become increasingly cumbersome to execute the same searches over-and-over again. Luckily, Libary Literature Search enables users to save entire searches, save a single results page, and save a single article. Review the information below to start saving your own searches!

1. Create an EBSCOhost account to unlock advanced features in "Library Literature Search".

2: Create a new account by clicking "Create one now".

3: Fill in all of the required fields.

In order to save your search in Library Literature Search, you must log into your personal EBSCOhost account.

Saving your search is a straightforward method to organize your research articles by adding them into folders. Library Literature Search enables you save your search (so you can recreate it later) or an entire results page ( 1 - 50 articles).

1. If you want to save the results page to a folder in bulk (1 - 50 resources), click "Results" under the "Share" menu.

2. If you want to save your search using a permanent link (sometimes called a persistent link) and add it to you folder, click "Current Search" under the "Share" menu.

Helpful Hint: Create uniquely named folders in your account dashboard to add a level of organization to your research.

Adding an article to your folders allows you to avoid creating repeat searches or not being able to find the article at a later time.

1. To add an individual article to a folder, click the "Folder" icon next to the article and then choose a folder.

Helpful Hint: Create uniquely named folders in your account dashboard to add a level of organization to your research.
