Microsoft Teams is a online ecosystem that combines various Microsoft products into a virtual workplace and collaborative space where students, faculty, and staff can create Teams, Chat, Schedule video meetings, upload and store files, and much..much...more.
1. Log into Office365 using your RVU username/password.
Helpful Hint: If you are logging in from off-campus, you will be prompted to enter a six digit code that will be sent to you.
2. Click the "Teams" tile to open Teams.
3. Every Team that you belong to (i.e. Team Member) or have created (i.e. Team Owner) will appear of the "Teams" homepage.
Helpful Hint: Customize the homepage and your notifications (email and banner) by changing TEAMS in "Switch View".
4. If you want to access Microsoft Teams from your computer and not the website, simply download Microsoft Teams by clicking on the "Download" icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
